Do I have to join eXp Realty?
The eXp partnership and San Diego team paths require joining eXp Realty. Independent paid coaching is open to agents at any brokerage. Nationwide partnership requirements are discussed individually.
What does “free coaching” include?
For eXp partners, it includes sales guidance, access to Bobby by text and phone, business analysis, onboarding support, AI guidance and VIP Thursday training access. Call cadence is discussed together. San Diego team members receive a closer relationship with daily accountability and listing appointment support.
Can I choose a niche specialist?
Tell Bobby what you want to learn. He can explore co-sponsorship with a specialist aligned with that interest, subject to availability and the applicable eXp arrangement.
Can I bring Move Up Homes to my city?
Experienced brokers outside San Diego can start a conversation about a market partnership, including potential use of brand, materials and specialty programs. Availability, licensing and the operating structure need to be agreed before use.
How much does independent coaching cost?
Pricing plans are discussed after a free 30-minute consultation. That conversation helps define your goals, coaching scope and the right level of support.
